Perennial Invests an Additional $1.4 Million into Complexica and Makes a Further $1.6 Million Capital Commitment, Bringing Total to $25 Million

Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software for optimising sales, marketing, and supply chain activities, announced today that Perennial Partners has invested an additional $1.4 million into the company, along with a further commitment of $1.6m based upon company performance targets. This brings the total invested and committed capital to $25 million during the past 18 months, and follows Perennial's very recent $3 million investment in November 2023. Other institutional investors in Complexica include Microequities Asset Management (ASX: MAM), ports and logistics operator Flinders Ports Holdings, and ASX-listed investment bank and fund manager MA Financial (ASX: MAF).
